PT Grha Bintang Utama has been entrusted with the Maintenance of the Weigh In Motion (WIM) System at the Callendar Hamilton Bridge under the Public-Private Partnership (PPP/KPBU) Project of the Indonesian Ministry of Public Works and Housing (PUPR) in collaboration with PT Baja Titian for the period 2024–2026.

This maintenance project is aimed at ensuring the continuous reliability, accuracy, and operational performance of the Weigh In Motion (WIM) system, which plays a critical role in monitoring heavy vehicle traffic and enforcing regulations related to Over Dimension Over Loading (ODOL). Through routine inspections, preventive maintenance, system calibration, troubleshooting, and component replacement, the WIM system remains capable of delivering accurate vehicle weight data under varying traffic and environmental conditions.

As transportation infrastructure is continuously exposed to heavy freight traffic, maintaining a high-performing WIM system is essential for protecting roads and bridges from premature deterioration caused by overloaded vehicles. The maintenance activities carried out by PT Grha Bintang Utama help ensure uninterrupted system availability, data accuracy, and long-term operational efficiency for infrastructure operators and transportation authorities.

The scope of work includes regular system health checks, sensor performance evaluation, weighing accuracy verification, software and hardware maintenance, communication network inspections, and corrective actions when required.
